We believe that BofA has misclassified its Small Business Bankers as exempt when they should be classified as nonexempt - this means that if you are working over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week you should be receiving overtime compensation. Additionally, we believe that Small Business Bankers may not have been reimbursed for all ordinary business expenses such as mileage, parking and tolls. We believe that these actions are illegal under California law.
