Have you worked through meal breaks?
If you were employed by SavaSeniorCare or any of its affiliates anytime between March 7, 2014 and the present, you may be owed money.
We believe that SavaSeniorCare and its affiliates have a practice of deducting 30 minutes of pay from each day worked even if a meal break wasn't taken. Additionally, we believe SSC does not pay overtime compensation for any hours worked over 40 in a week. We believe these practices are illegal.
